Spiderman Plank Crunch

This is one20170316_232201 challenging and  dynamic exercise that recruits almost all the muscles of the core without the use of an equipment.

How To Do It...

  1. Assume a full plank position
  2. Drive your right knee towards your right elbow as you go into a push-up position.
  3. Return to your starting position (plank) and drive the left knee to the left elbow as you press into a push-up position.

Repeat the exercise about 7 to 10 times, 2 to 3 sets.
